Good luck since they are going to be wait awile ;)Quote:

Shrugs its your rig to do what you want, enjoy your bottleneck, im not one to argue.
Well, you were in the top ten :pQuote:

Competitions a lot stiffer than it was back then, so top five would make me very very happy. Who knows, another GHz with some cooling I should be close. Chips running over 4GHz at default Vcore/cooling and I have yet to touch the memory. Oh..and look at the new compare. What you called 100% CPU limited, looks like it must be part driver problem to me, based on what the driver change did for the scores. As to Ryder, it’s a great score, my congrats, but I think he has two cards. One more thing…………For a guy not marking anymore…..you sure have a lot to say about parts you’ve never had your hands on.
Please update,Thanks.

Very nice work Ryder, well earned ranking!
While I'm in this thread, I just want to throw out there that I am going to step off the Sharky's team myself. For the past year or so as I've moved towards less conventional benching I really wasn't comfortable posting scores knowing that most guys here wouldn't be able to compete. (Not saying anything about the skill level, just the methods used) I did continue, looking towards eshbach's cascaded benches, but with him gone I really think this should be opened up for the guys that are in here all the time, with 24/7 setups. Guys in here shooting for #2 should be able to gun for #1 against similar setups. Everybody has been nothing but supportive, and I do appretiate it, but I still feel a bit like a school yard bully. Next month I will be running a very cooled 7800gtx SLI/FX-57 setup :D , and will certainly share the results here, but I won't be setting these sick thresholds for the team again. I'll still be around, and still support the team, but I won't be active in it with my current benching style. The competition here is great, and I think it will be better #1 as a target for you top guys.
Do you have to run FM approved drivers for valid scores? The drivers I have on my machine aren't, simply because the official ones are out of date for my machine so I have to use unofficial ones.
John
Geez, your scores seem to fly dude! Damn, 38k! Can't wait to see you do more dude.....don't worry about bothering me, I'm always happy to update the team score....only coz I ain't got a life! :p :DQuote:

I'm not into benchmarking really, but I've had to run them a few times to test performance on this machine, I think I could rank quite high for a notebook ;)
John
Thanks AGAIN for the update Mikey!

I understand though, -in any case looking foward to your new setup.
I'm sure we will be seeing some top Orb scores from you.
I need to move up and beyond air cooling, too restrictive.
hahah ryder is number 1 now... sweet. congrats, i guess that makes me number2 again... Or is mikeads score just gonna stay there til someone tops it?

Obviously nothing compared to other people's scores, but pretty good score for a laptop.
John
SWEEt laptop man! jeez. but seriously oc that cpu they love to be oc'ed... just put a ac right on top of your laptop while benching then just go back to stock.
Damn, i never knew laptops could run like that, nice!
