thought i'd pop back into this thread now that i've got my 9800np. i don't even know who's in charge of updating the page now, but whoever is, could you please add this score to the database? if you need more info about my setup, just let me know
so, anyways.....i decided to super chill my room tonight :D
my room is really long and narrow (about 34x12), and there are windows at each of the long ends, so i set up a box fan in one window and opened up the other, so i had a wind tunnel of sorts...it didn't really help too much on the overclock on my 9800, but i did gain a little on my cpu overclock

Heh I had my jacket on too... But it was pretty nice though, my room was 10C and the case temp was 4C :eek: I'm just waiting another week so that I'll have 2 weeks of nothing so I can benchmark day and night for 2 weeks :D Hopefully the temps outside will reach -10C :pQuote:

lucky people who live in cold places. My temp probes show my case temp to be 81F right now. My cpu is at 107F. This is crazy.
You see, even though it's cold outside, it doesn't mean I can always OC under that temp... You don't have a clue of how badly my dad gets pissed off at me for opening the window and letting -10C air entering the house :)
hahaha!! so true. here in the dorms i just have to worry about my pipes (for my heater) freezing. because if they do that, then they burst and flood my room with water and i get fined up the butt for all the damages to the room/building (not including damages to my own stuff) and then all the damages to other people's stuff as well.Quote:
