I just hit 50k. woooo!

Is there a way to decrease the amount of time FAH will wait before it tries to reconnect to a server ot get another WU?? Or make it try to connect to another server??
My one rig never has a problem getting a WU, but my IDEQ does all the time. I tried reinstalling the program. Both are setup the same way, only difference is the first rig has 98SE, while the IDEQ runs XP.

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I'm not reading through 287 pages of posts.

edit: I'm over 100K points!! :D Have 92K on my other team (BSF).

The default queue is like 0.2 days. There is a setting online to change this. It calculates how many a PC can do in a day going off statistics on the specific processor and benchmark. I use the tweaked client (SSE) and it only gives me about 12-15 WUs per day setting. Yet each core can process about 24 in a day.

I made it!!! 100,000 top 20 woot. I will keep going for the team!!! My new a64 rig sure folds well. I still have my p1000 folding for like 3 years now. I have to fight my son though he keeps turning it off because it lags him when the info is sent. :) Wake

My thermal solution is shot. 24hrs folding has grounded my compound to a fine powder. Temps up 5 deg after a few months on an already temp challenged tbred oc. Even cheap trick positive cooling with the tornado didn't help. It's all good though. Just noticed the stress folding puts on the rig.

I just hit 60k, milestones feel good. Im 36th now, but theres about 3 people going down in the next week or 2 :D.

Well it has been a long time for me, but just wanted to say still folding strong. Maybe not the highest I have been but 450000+ is not too shabby.

well since my Gf and her family leave their PCs on all the time I put them to good use, I have two systems here folding. 1 @100% CPU, and the other at 50%, hehehehehehe

Yay!!! I made it to over 250,000 points in less than a year. Finally cracked the top 5.


Now if only we could some members interested in this again.

That is the hard thing. I honestly do it just because I like folding, though I went from being ranked ~400 to 905, which was sort of sad to see, but hey I have to think of it as there are over half a million people behind me.
