And Grant only fumbled once that whole span, too, making that start of the game fiasco seem like more of an anomaly.
when they gameplan against him more, he wont get those games...chris brown anyone? blew our minds one year not lendell white start ahead of him....Quote:

Jamal Lewis runs hard.Quote:

I tried to tell you GB's running game in the second half of the season was totally different than the first half. Ryan Grant ran for nearly 1000 yards in little more than half a season, and consistantly showed big play potential. Funny, I think I also said Favre being a proven commodity was a better bet for success than Romo and his resume of a season and a half. You were wrong, but more importantly I was right. ;) :D :D I'm just giving you ****. Look for another big day by Grant this week too.Quote:

Grants running style is ideal for the zone blocking scheme the packers use(remember how the bronco's were able to use cutback runner after cutback runner and consistantly get 1000 yard backs every year?). Heck, the past few games Grant was getting 7-8 yards before he was even touched. The young packers OLmen got better very quickly.Quote:

Then again, we've already proven I have no clue when it comes to the Packers. It's a good thing I didn't place any bets when I was in Vegas...
Their line also seems really quick off the snap and able to get into that linebacker level to spring Grant even more. Not that Grant's not a good runner, but he's getting some nice blocking from his line.Quote:

The Giants have just been playing good football as a team, making been big plays when it matters. The Giants don't want green bay throwing the ball, they were 8th against the run during the season and are weak against the pass, a good pass rush is the key to the Giants defense. Sam Madison has been out, and I don't know if he'll be back for Sunday. The 4th db, Kevin Dockery, is also out for the season. So they are left with 3 dbs, Ross, Webster, who has filled in for madison as a starter and played surpisingly well, and Mcquarters at nickel. Against the cowboys when Ross went out after popping his shoulder out for the 2nd time when solo tackling marion barber, some guy from the practive named Pope was on the field.Quote:

being a cowboys fan id doubt you saw this..Quote:

Jamal Lewis DOES run hard, but no earl campbell - i play with the Ravens ever since 2000 and i just liked their uniforms so i stuck with them...i dont like Willis in my backfield (traded in year 2 of madden 2008 lol)
I guess that is true. I don't see what being a cowboys fan has to do with it though.Quote:
