slavik, your soo close to 20k, i remember in the summer when i was trying to break 20k, oh man that was the hardest thing ever, now i wanna beat 22k, if i had a 875p motherboard, i would break it easy, very easy, because i broke 20k with my IC7-G with 100mhz slower computer, less tweaks, loosing ram timings then i did with my 865p.. but i sold that system. :(
so anyone with any tips with me breaking 22k?
well...it's about time for some benching. well...not quite right now...but when i get back to my dorm room. right now i'm trying to make a list (checklist) of what i need to do. i'm going to be installing win2k. i should go with dx8.1 correct? what else do i need?
You will have to test several drivers and see which ones are best for 3D Marking on your system(check out the 44.03, 40.72 and the 43.45`s) and do a lot of tweaking with Rivatuner.:)Quote:

Lots of tweaking on rivatuner??? Like what, I tried to do that and I don't even know what the hell those commands do :p
Click on the link to Pyro`s 3D Mark Guide in schultz`s sig, there should be some information there. I need to put that link back in my sig.:)Quote:

okay...i already have rivatuner (check!)
now what drivers do i have? lots i think. guess i will have to check that out when i get back...
thanks for the input so far! :)
19750 is all this system can do, unless you have ways of running the ram at 2-2-2-11 @ 210MHz FSB (CAS is 2.5 right now)
EDIT: 2.9 Vdimm
Try testing the highest FSB possible for 2-2-2-11, you might get more performance out of it like that. Raise the multiplier to increase the overall CPU speed when you find that FSB
it's 200-205 ...
I will try to find the RAM's highest point at 2-2-2-11 by running async, then try the highest FSB by running async ;)

If you need to run cas2.5 for 210FSB and you can run cas2 at 205, I would definitely turn down the FSB and bump the multiplier instead. The switch from cas 2.5 to cas 2 is definitely worth that 5MHz
You're updated sharkypinoy! ;) You've changed your mobo and flashed your gfx card to 'Pro' Very nice work there dude.:DQuote:

DAMNIT need to break 22k, i used drivers cat3.2, can anyone help me break the 22k mark?
just tried 2-2-2-11 @ 200 ... no go, errors in memtest86 ... maybe I should set Vdd to 2.0?

Are you trying to aim for a 3DMark stable score or a completely stable score??? Because if you do it for 3DMark, you don't need 100% stability ;)
