When you get an item from a person in a deal you must shipp back the exchange in the next 48 hours or send his CPU back + shipping $ + excuses and not one month later ,.. this is how a fair trade works.

Up to this point, being 7:27PM mountain time, I have not received an email from Killer1nstinct with tracking numbers for my XP processor. I am also curious why I wasn't informed about this prior to the posts, for I have sent several emails weeks ago asking for tracking numbers, etc. Killer1nstict does have my email address, phone number.
I am waiting for a proper response...and have been waiting for several weeks....

Well, I have to admit that I think I was wrong about him. I dont think he will do the right thing. He may not know how bad what he did was until he is an adult with a family and a mortgage. It is a shame that he doesnt recognize it now.

I have sent Killer1nstinct another email telling him that if he sends the info and I finally receive my processor, I will post this news on this forum to help clear things up.
A friend of mine stated the fact that if he has not yet sent the processor , he will never send it after my posting of this topic...but at this point I do not really care. I have been checking my mail box for several weeks finding nothing!
He has made no personal effort to contact me; the little contact made has been strickly from my efforts. The other week I phoned and was told that he was in the shower and would call back, but there was no return call. Since then I can not reach him by phone. So, apparently this individual who does not like to be called a thief, is not really too honest or conscientious. He is constantly on line and has NO EXCUSE for such low class behavior.
I know that Killer1nstinct is still in school. Nevertheless, if he is old enough to be an administrator of his own site, he should illustrate some responsibility.

I've never had this happen so I have no clue what you could do, but one thing is for sure, this guy is a prick, and something should be done, first and formost i tihnk charges should be pressed against him, secondly he should be banned from these forums, thirdly, his host for his website should drop him. I dont any of this will happen, but IT SHOULD. Pricks like him don't need to be online selling and trading valuable goods.
