i think many of us knights don't have the resources to put forth such an effort...you have 11 processors running for folding, i have 3, so i should catch you in about...oh.....never ;) :pQuote:

Knights and Crusaders alike will not be able to catch him. It's like he's on Shadowfax, never to be caught or outpaced...;) :DQuote:

According to Statman vertices a Knight though one who doesn't advertize it is very close to matching the pace of Thermo. Its all good though. The Folding Team will likely be bigger and more far reaching than the OC Crusaders ever were or will be. I have offered Knighthood to Thermo. Whether he accepts it or not is less important than the tremendous production he gives to our Folding Team. Make no mistake as fond as I am of the OC Crusaders, the Folding Team is my #1 priority now.
Come on now, 3 of the chips are 500MHz, and the next one is a 933. The two AMD rigs are 2100 Pally's, not a high point in the history of AMD. My dually is Willamette Xeons and one of my P4's is a tired old Willomette. I should add that the 2.0 Willy w/Rdram is killing the 2.0b on DDr. There is a 2.53 and the Laptop has a 2.4, but neither of them is all that much by todays standards.

That depends on how many more foot soldiers that KoaTiK can get. :D Edit to add: those of you who are reading this thread and have not joined up yet, do so, we need what ever horse power you can add. ;)Quote:

Well based on today’s output, the mounts name must be Seabiscuit.
Why not Folding team = OC crusaders? Oh and I think we should put a link on the front page of our 3dmark team website.Quote:

Anyways my p2 400mhz has been folding solid for 24 hours and im at 40/500! I need that lotto ticket!:D :p :o
Well, I just completed my last Seti unit (think I'd done around 500 by the end).
Now my CPU's being put to better use. :)
How long does it usually take to 'fold' a unit? (obviously taking into account my cpu:p)
Go to folding FAQ`s here http://www.sharkyforums.com/showthre...hreadid=214078 BTW, welcome to the team.Quote:

That doesn't really answer my question, it's all about configuration.Quote:

Nevermind, I'm sure I'll find out soon enough. :)
The best way I have found out to get a good estimate on how long a WU will take is by waiting after it has been running little while and go to the log file and take the time of the last count and subtract it from the one finished before it and multiply it by 100 and divide it by 60.Quote:
