this Atomchip has been there for more than 1.5 years now..
not been updated evn by a single word
the 1TB was a real JOKE really. and the site is not professional at all even the pics looks like a cut scans...
I knew it was fake from the quality of picture used on that website, looks like a 12 years old student site

Looks like this little fake company released a fake product based on their fake designs and won a real award at the 2005 CES for innovation.

It's unfortunate that other scientists and geniuses (like those at the World Genius Convention) can't see how fake the products really are. Someone should direct them to Sharky's so that they can be schooled.

^^^ Did you even read what the award was for? It never said it had the "atom chip" processor inside of it -- just that it was the first notebook without any mechanical parts. It was only noted to use the nano-nvram inside of it for storage.
So it's not exactly a stretch to think they modified a fujitsu notebook to put their own parts in it.
Oh, and nice way to argue that the company can't be legit because the website sucks. Quit being stupid. There are millions of legit companies out there with crap websites. Not everyone is a web designer, genius or not.
If that's the best you can do to try and discount SA's findings, try harder.
Somehow I don't find it very hard to believe that a company run by "one of the five greatest scientists in history" can produce some revolutionary products.

it seems that they are using the STANDARD ATA-IDE notebook interface,
now how come ATA-IDE supports 2TB Harddisk so sudden? they didnt bother to fake another interface for their products.

Supposedly that designation was made by the "U.S. Science Academic Society", but I can't find any reference to that group anywhere except on web pages about Yoshiro Nakamatsu. You could very well be right, but given that there's a "World Genius Convention" that I was not only unaware of but uninvited to, I don't doubt that a good majority of the crap that's listed could exist, whether legitimately or otherwise.
Not believing everything you read is a grand idea, but simply visiting the website and yelling "FAKE!" is moronic. Just because some asshat named Michael sells fairytale computers doesn't mean that everything is a scam.
At least someone else put some effort into it.

I remember reading more than 15 years ago some article about using holograms for data storage and so, memory planes inside crystal objects and many different research...
but after looking at the site , the flybook, the huge memory inside winxp, and in particular the not clear pics and way of introducing the product I felt somthing fishy about them.
it does not need that much of digging , call it a hunch, call it a feeling... it is not looking at a site and yelling FAKE no somtimes things smell wrong and feel wrong.

by the way, the normal ATA-IDE100 inside notebooks , does it support 2TB hardisk??? does the IDE drivers in winxp support such big HD too?
