with [version] being Pre, Pre1, or whatever you're using
sorry ment
D:\F@H\FAH4.00-Console-Pre1.exe -forceSSE -advmethods
*sigh* this is really getting annoying. I have rebooted i have deleted. I have tryed diff versions. i have tryed putting -advmethods first i have tryed -forceSSE first.
try deleting the core. it'll be in your folding directory.
Ive deleted it every time i changed something. Does it matter if im using GUI or command prompt version bc im using command prompt :/?
Athlon thunderbirds and earlier do not have SSE, only XP chips and newer do, so for that system, no it's not going to work. i'd still put in -advmethods though, that way you get a larger variety of WU'sQuote:

Well I`m about to finish another one here in a little bit, that will put me one point ahead of you.:) Of course I don`t think I can keep up with your two computers very long.:(Quote:

if you're running the 3.25 beta the tag is -forceasm, for the 4.0 beta the tag is -forceSSE, but since you have a tbird i wouldn't even bother with either of those tags.Quote:

Yes, competition is fun and it also increases our WU`s output also. I plan on having my 1GHZ T Celeron that I will be running at 1.4ghz, up and folding, after the first of the year. ;) I salute you as you gain a larger lead, you finshed another one before I did, so I did not go, pass you.Quote:

I flashed the bios, I think it came with some kind of limited bata or something. This one is a little more like what I am used to seeing.
i'm hopefully getting a job soon here at school so if i can scrape together a few hundred dollars i'm going to try to build a 2nd 2500+ system to fold with when i'm not gaming on it.. that way i can have one 24/7 and one when it has spare time.
