LODBias is something you can use to degrade the image quality so your fps will run higher :) Works only on nVidia cards -- use RivaTuner
Finally got my WCing setup back up...now to put water into it and see if this board is working properly and maybe I can give you guys at the top a run. I had like 24.5k with stock A64/oced XT and untweaked system :D

His flashed VIVO card isn't working so well anymore and there are some reports that they can die after a few days. Hoefully this will not happen to you.Quote:

Sapphire. You can check back a couple pages in this thread to see how it crapped out. I had v-mods installed, but wasn't really using them when this happened, also I never pushed them further then 10% of default when I did, and with around 0C temps so there should have been plenty of headroom regardless. Some of these seem to run great, some have just fallen right out.Quote:

found a 4.4ghz EE and an X800XT-PE and it's 31.5k I don't know how much slower the regular P4 is at the same clock as the EE but if it's only 500 points it will be really close.

Good news on my part. I just took so long trying to explain this, when I hit submit, the thread I responded to (this one) expired. My card is fine, my Antec TP550 psu isn't. Well it is, but it can't handle a 4GHz o/c, an HD, OD, FD, modern v/c, and the OCZ Booster. And yes, I thought as much at first last night, but my rails measured fine. Took the Booster out, card ran past my previous stock V AtiTool test. Booster was a little droopy in my system, hooked it up to an external psu and now it's fine. Not going to run with 2 psu's though, ground loops and such.
Bottom line, 3dMark postponed! Tomorrow I'll get either a PCP&C 510 or OCZ Powerstream 520 headed my way. The ***** is, I couldn't find an XT for months, but Newegg had some Asus X800XT's in for ****, maybe 2 hours this afternoon. I got one of those coming too. Guess I'll cherry-pick the best card and sell the other. If I keep the Asus, it'll take time to mod that up and get it condensation proofed, but hopefully some good benches by the end of the weekend.
I'm worn out tonight, stayed up too late last night bemoaning my "loss". Might keep trying to post some interim's while I'm waiting for my gear in the next couple of days, just so I can get a 29k run out there.:D

Holy crap! An Antec 550W isn't enough?! :eek: My Antec is coping well with the components I have in it.....+12v rails shows 12.1v which is gold for me.:DQuote:

Ah, your prolly good until you wanna try the booster out. Phew! And out-resourced....trust me I'm not to cool with having 2 $500-ish cards laying around here. I'm sure I'll eat some cash after selling one. The PSU was in the budget for my next system build-up that I planned to start with the smashing 939 release, lol, so was 1 of these cards, so it's not too bad, still not to cool either though. My own dumb-a**ed fault for not pulling the booster out last night, even if the rails did look ok. *smacks forhead*Quote:

Mikey, the booster has only 1 12V line, and a few 5V's, but I'm sure it's the 12V line that sucks too much juice. The Antec is only rated at 18A - 24A, depending where you look, lol, of course 24A on Atec's site. It measures good on the rear of the supply Molex, (12.2V) but on my vc, and a few other Molex's, it dips while 3d'ing. Still above 12V, but it must be choking. Those psu's I mentioned above are similar in the other rails, but over 30A on the 12V. The booster must really suck some current. I don't think I measured while having the card and the booster under load, just one or the other.
