I got 7210 on my new rig. Was hoping to be a bit closer to 8000, but oh well.
My score was 7714 on my system. Just built this system, so I'm glad it flies compared to my next fastest machine (1.2 GHz Athlon with GeForce 2 Ultra).
Are you gonna O/C? With that system you could probably break 9000 points if you really tried.Quote:

Nope, I'm not going to overclock. I've had bad experiences with overclocking, so I just resolve to get the most expensive highest performance parts when I can afford them. My computer has problems enough with my tinkering.
My score was 3523 under Win 2k.
I'm now number one in my class:cool:
That's with stock cooling, fsb@100, no artifacts and a Dell (which is the only reason for fsb@100)
7211.
GF3 ti500
P4 1.8GHZ
Asus P4T mobo
512 pc800 Rdram
I ran 3D 2001SE and I got a 3914 from it at default settings.
What does this mean? People keep posting "in their class"...Quote:

Anyways just playing with biosi and the AK31v3.1 "performance" bios (the real one not the AK35 bios) got me over 8k. So I thought I'd add to the humongo thread.

Your class is like your category based on your Video Card and whatnot. It would be like having a math contest between a High School senior and a first grader if there were no classes.Quote:

When you sign in there is a button called "Project Search & Compare." It is located on the left bar and is second from the top. After clicking on that you pick things like your Graphics card and 1024X768 etc. LOL I am 9th for my processor and graphics card...my CPU is a hella bottleneck :)Quote:

7713 is the best I can squeeze out of this 8500 on win98se under mark2001.
Try every driver I can get my hands on, but a 10-16mb download on dialup per driver is a son of a *****.
wow this thread will have 1000 posts in a day or two (or three...)
I bet its takin' up a fair chunk of SF hard drive space (proportional to other threads)
its actually not that long....my friend found a post at this gun forums and it had like over 2009 replies!!! CRAZY!!!
Pentium 100
16MB EDO RAM
1MB S3 Trio 64V+ PCI (intergrated)
MY SCORE: N/A!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Has anybody ever picked up any of those gun magazines an read through it!?! Scary!!! No wonder theres so many gun toting half cocked psycho rednecks out there ready to blow somebody away at the slightest provacation. Dont forget about the camo wearing wackos who collect guns, live out in some swamp, and are getting ready for WWIII. Its a strange world we live in.

How do you like that GeForce3 Ti200 128MB DDR? I was thinking about buying one for my second system. I didn't know anyone who had one though.Quote:

I like it ... seems to handle scenes with a lot of textures better than the 64MB one. Runs more consistently overall. :)Quote:
