nice score bisonator, thats just 40 marks behind me now! your 9800 pro overclocked as well as my 9800 pro. Even with your winxp handicap, I think you can take out 20k if you can get your cpu clocks higher. of course once my 9500np comes, ill be aiming for 22k :D
It's actually a 9800NP TBird, however I suppose you're gonna be calling your 9500 a 9700 if it mods successfully so it follows your line of thought.
Also, XP with SP2 seems to be a much faster benching OS now, I saw it somewhere on Futuremark forums that some guys 01 score was up over 500 points after he installed it over SP1.
sorry, I keep mistaking non pros as pros. and no xp will ever touch win 2k, dude I get almost 20k with win 2k and my stock 9800 pro on a stock 3000+ cpu, his 9800 is clocked at about 400/350 and hes 500 marks behind what I get all stock!
The guide says 2000 is faster for AMD and XP is faster for Intel.Quote:

1. Post your specs in the proper format like the example at the top of this page. As soon as I see it, I'll insert your score....guaranteed! :D
2. Add a link to the 3DMark team in your sig, like all members of the team....something like what or many others have - Sharky Extreme 3DMark Team or something along that line.;)

hehe, yeah well thre is only one thing that scares me of ocin this cpu. and thats the AGP/PCI lock, how do i have to enable it on my mobo? i read the manuel several times and i cant find it
in the "advanced" option in your bios? -scroll towards bottom..
http://www.ocworkbase.com/reviews/13...view_trans_am/
ok now its running at 2310MHz:p
and the agp dint rise so i think it works automaticly if put at 66MHz
dunno if i can oc much further cause of my ram, it's only valeuselect and i dont think i can get much higher without tweaking the divider
edit: well got 6072 marks atm:cool: it aint much but it better aint it?:D
link: http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=3024543
edit2: is it normal that in my compare he recognizes my cpu as a 1050MHz with fsb 200? cause clockgen lets me look at the clockspeed and it says 2310MHz. but i do have to enable c&q to let me oc:(
well i wasn't planning on doing this, but i got bored, so i ran 3dmark one last time on my AN50R before I tear my system apart, sell the motherboard, and ship it to california where it will wait in agony until sept 10 when i can install my DFI board. I didn't really use any of my tweaks on these, so they probably could both have been much better, but they'll make for a nice little upgrade :)
