jup, using the 1004.3Quote:

but what i noticed, now its al the way back to standart, that in the c&q window the voltage is still at 1.475 volt's. how the hell is that possible. in bios the standart is 1.550 btw
If you say so. :)Quote:

Congrats on breaking 20K bisonator!
good job bisonator, took you a while but you finally hit 20k! nice 143 nature too, my 9800 pro at the same 9800xt clocks your non pro is at only gets me 139 in nature so like I said, it really underperforms :( well once my 9500/9700s arrive, ill post my 22k plus scores here
thanks, :D I have to say, I was more pleased to see the '03 score go through 6k and almost hit 6.5k.Quote:

Hopefully you will be getting another update when my new ballistix arrives, then I'll be aiming for 2.4ghz+ on the CPU. :)
well, not really. I haven't been Overclocking my system in my daily life, I flashed the BIOS to e-die gigacube that eshbach recommended, then put the clocks at 380/340, played some games, ran 3d mark etc. left it alone for a while, then as of today, upped to XT speed, not forgetting putting HTT to 220.Quote:

All in all, I spent about 2:30 hours over the course of 2/3 weeks doing it.
I think the difference between 143 and 139 in nature is most likely experimental error.
But still, I can play my favourite games with 4/8AF and 2/4AA if I want, and they sure look sweet!!!
ok, now i am desperate, even at stock speeds it wont submit:confused:
bisonator, how long have you had your a64 and 9800? I think several months. you started at like 17500 marks then worked your way all the way up! even 20k isnt easy to hit, it does take some tweaking skills. yes the 9800 will help out though. I dont think I can hit 20k with my ti4200 but once my 9500s arrive, ill go for 22k :D
Ryder and bisonator, you're both updated!;) Nice work guys. Ryder, is the VGA cooler easy to mount on the GT?
Bison, 'grats on breaking 20k, 21k is within sight dude!:D
Thanks for the update Mikey , -yes the Vga
cooler is VERY easy to install on the GT. :)
Wow, all this updating going on, thought I'd post my latest. Congrats btw on the 20k, bisonator! Gotta love breaking those nice round numbers. :)
So, I really have just started playing with this setup. Haven't pushed it a bit yet, but I wanted to make sure I could run 2x512 ok for gaming before I go on a benchmark tear with higher htt, cpu clocks and 2x256. It runs fine with the double sided 512's. :D The curiousity was killing me too so I ran a little '01 with this config, here's what I got:
CPU: Athlon 64 3700+
Stock Speed of CPU: 2400
Overclocked speed of CPU: 2520
MotherBoard: Epox 8KDA3J
Ram: 2x512 Mushkin LII 3500 2-2-2-5
Video Card: Sapphire X800 vivo=>XT
Stock Core of Video: 520
Actual Core of Video: 580
Stock Mem of Video: 560
Actual Mem of Video: 600
Cooling Used: cpu - Prometia MachI, gpu - maze4-1/172W pelt

These cpu's cook! It looks like I'll be able to get either a BBA or another Asus X800XT early this week for a decent price, if they actually get delivered. Once I get that, and get it all mod'ed and insulated, I'll go ahead and see where this cpu can go. More to come, but since 30k is a landmark for me I wanted to get this in the db. :D
oh nice score, with that prometeia, I really hope theres ALOT more left in that 3700+ eshbash got better overclocks and higher score than that AIR cooled! not a bad start for 210fsb either! I think you can easily get at least 260x10 then youll take out 32k marks :D If your cpu is good enough for the next multiplier then youll have 260x11=2.86GHz! thatll bump ya up to like 34k then :D wheres jetforcegiminix by the way? I hope he didnt have a disaster, he said he would be done testing his prometeia hours ago   you did badly own your p4 easy though! :D what was that p4 at? 4.2GHz? 2000 marks ahead of the p4 and the a64 is single channel and a much lower fsb not to mention over 1.5GHz lower clocks LOL
Holy crap! Looks like eshbach's score's gonna fall soon....till he get the DFI board. Interesting match between the top two....perhaps I oughta stock up on my coke and potato chips since I've got a front row seat.:p :DQuote:
