Unfortunately, they're a win now team, with fans and a front office with a win now mentality. Dallas fans are almost as bad as Yankees fans in that they mostly want to have nothing to do with a rebuilding year, or a move that benefits them in the future.Quote:

romo has more to offer the team, and T.O likes him more, you can tell.
Bledsoe is done.... try it again next year with the bucs, dolphins, or browns big boy.
Romo isn't the answer. New offensive line is. Drew is the best person to have in there if they want to win now.
I give a slight nod to Drew on being the best choice to win right now, though admittedly we really haven't seen much of Romo. Drew will still give up the big play because he can't move anywhere; Romo can move around, but gives up the big play because of lack of experience. Regardless, I think the loss of ability to win now by going with Romo is made up for by giving him the experience to take into future seasons. Like I said, though, Cowboys fans in my experience hold a different opinion, in that they want the best chance to win now no matter what.Quote:

It's bench him cuz he's not mobile, it's bench him for this or that. I'd like to see how many couch potato QB's can take hit after hit and still be expected to make the perfect play everytime. And Dallas fan's aren't unique anymore then a fan in any other city. Every fan wants their team to win NOW.
better call quincy carter.
More like Ryan Leaf...
Still, Bledsoe has thrown some BAD interceptions this year, that a 14 year veteran has no business throwing whether he's being rushed or not. He holds onto the ball way too long. He never throws the ball away, though that may be since he's too much like a statue to get outside of the tackles to throw the ball away without a penalty. And also, blame for the Offensive Coordinator HAS been considered, since Parcells has already said that he is going to be taking a bigger part in the playcalling. Plus, I don't know how you can say that blaming the O-line isn't even considered, because that has been the main criticism of this team since day one. Even in the preseason, people were saying that if the line can't defend the pass Romo would get the call, even though Bledsoe is the overall better QB. All the talk has been about how Romo would eventually/did/will in the future get the start almost solely because he's more mobile and the line is terrible.Quote:

Parcells is hypocritcal. He refuses to let the media get to him over T.O., but caves to the media and crybaby fans by letting Romo start. Dallas fans better be be careful of what they wish for.Quote:

Dallas fans are fairweather fans, like charger fans - they jump ship if they aren't winning NOW.
"fans" just want anyone they feel might be ever so slightly better, bledsoe has the experience, he is the sharper QB, but he has many faults.... fans find it easy to blast bledsoe cause he is the one with the ball every play, all plays go through drew so blame him.
the only thing i'm po'ed about is T.O didn't throw drew under the bus first, I was hoping he would do that prior to the switch so he can throw 2 under the bus this year.
Heh, you're an evil man :pQuote:
