no, i already talked with you about it. our site cannot totally endorce it. Also, if you collect a ton of money due to a thread i made a sticky, and someone happened to walk off with it, i do not want that tied to this site or the host company, in any way.
Therefore, no sticky.

Assuming that OO stands for Optimum Online, you should know that running a 24/7 server will get your upload capped to 150kbps (which is still a hell of a lot more than dialup, of course... but less than the almost 1mbps you currently enjoy. For more on this, read up about caps in OOL messageboard on DSLReports.com
Also, you should be made aware that if you're only getting 2400kbps downstream, then something is likely wrong with your connection... The majority of us who tweak our connections get closer to 10mbps/1mbps speeds. Again, info on this can be found in those forums.

$44.95/month if you are also a cable TV customer (OOL is a service of Cablevision); $49.95/month if you're not. But while the connection is fast, the email service is horrible and Usenet is practically non-existent, and making too much use of the upload connection will get you capped... so if all you want is a fast download connection that you'll occasionally upload with, you're set. But there are some tradeoffs involved.

I still have my CS server running (it's just a server now, CS isn't running anymore). My college connection is a 14Mb/s connection and the server specs are on my site. This might be an option
