Here it is. A couple of sites for high res wallpaper.

Well I bought one, though I got it for $1699 CAD instead of $1599 because I missed the promotion. A little shameless begging and voila: Saved $600 off the sticker price.
So then: Did you say you noticed the input lag on the 2405 but don't feel anything of the sort on your 3007? That input lag is why my 2405 is about 1000 miles away on someone else's desk ;) I couldn't take it!
Woo. I'm stoked. Dell gave me a wicked deal on a 7800GTX too, so the day those two boxes arrive will be a good one.
$1699 canadian???
That's only $1478 U.S.
It's currently $2199 on their U.S. site. Apparently I should be a Canadian.
Input lag on the 2405? Never seen anything. BTW it runs 75hz if you have a DL cable and video card (X1800XT has DL ports).

On your 2405fpw...do you notice at 60hz that the mouse cursor moves a little choppy when in windows? (quickly move it in circular motion; also try moving it slowly) Does 75hz make a difference for you?Quote:

How does it look at 1280x800 in games, could you please post a picture where I can see the quality?
Are there any other major problems with this display or is everything fine? Does it show the BIOS Screen?
Thanks for your inputs....
That is at 1280x800, 16X AF, 6X AA
BIOS screen shows fine without any problems.
My 2405FPW sometimes gets confused and squishes things horizontally when I reboot. It usually fixes itself by the time it gets to Windows (if no drivers are installed).

Could you please write a little feedback how it is to play at that res? Image Quality, sharpness and so on...
thx.
I've still never seen this posted anywhere else except by you :p.Quote:

I'm just curious where you got this info so I can read more on it and possibly do the same since my GTX has DL support.

Im deciding whether to buy the 30" or two 24".
I do more software engineering than graphics design so Im kind of swaying towards the pair of 24". It just seems more practical to me. Althought, the 30" would be amazing for watching my HDTV rips of Lost :P
Anyone have more experience with this kind of thing? Which would benefit me more?
Is this your way of telling us you got a second 30" LCD?
Actually, something else amazing happened... let's see if zoob will post that picture up.
Seeing it in person is craaaazy
