So did anyones saved games get screwed because of the 1.03 patch?
The game totally crashes and gives me an out of memory error report when I try to load a game.

I didn't try it yet. but it's supposely to just fix multiplayer issues.
btw: do 1.03 have the option to use the original C&C left click interferface?
The Nod ending really is utter ****!!! Its worse than the KOTOR endings.
Is the scrinn campaign as big as the other two?
I haven't played it myself but I hear it isn't as big.Quote:

despite the crap *** disappointing endings, its still easily the best c&c Ive played since RA2.
yea the Ion cannon looks great (but then the whole game looks awesome). The Nuke looks exactly the same as generals from what i remember of the 10 minutes I played that game before losing interest..
Probably 7 minutes here.Quote:

If you have the crappy setting on Generals the nuke looks the same..Quote:

I just realized. how is it that in Generals after a nuke blast there's patch of dangerous radation area that cause damage to troops. but in C&C3 there's no after effect radiation? the nuke is just like a regular convention bomb..
Obviously the infantry/vehicles have better protection against radiation ;)
John
LOL, at least infantry doesn't survive a nuclear missle blast like in Generals.Quote:

I have been playing the NOD level where you have to protect the last alien tower, and defeat the GDI in the area. I think it is the last level for them. I have been trying about a dozen times, but i can't beat it. GDI starts to overrun the tower's defences before i can even build enough units start even a small attack. Eveytime i play it the level ends in about 5 minutes with me losing. How do i beat it?
Thanks,

Having completed the game I can honestly that's the most difficult mission. My advice:Quote:

3.) Build a tech lab and secret shrine and train up a commando.
4.) Call in a shadow strike team to take out the zone troopers protecting the juggernaughts and then take these out using the commando.
5.) Build an MCV and some avatar mechs and march them to a point just in front of the alien base.
6.) Setup the MCV and surround with heavy base defences. This will block the GDI and leave you plenty of time to take them down.
It worked for me!
anyone know the best place to get more skirmish maps for this?
