If you are referring to the Quick Launch tool bar, right click and uncheck the Show Text menu item.

Why? XP is glorious!

Well maybe a tad overboard but win2k/xp are the most useable OS's of MS ...

Please unlock the taskbar and right on the quick launch taskbar (not the icons on the quick launch taskbar).

Select "View" and place a check mark next to "Small Icons".
"Show Text" should also be visible.

Remember to lock the taskbar when you have completed your customizations.
