Just got some new ramsinks for the GTS so I'll try again later today hopefully and see what I get.

For the main system I get 6881, I haven't done my max o/c on it so I'm not sure how far it will go..

i could push my CPU to about 1.4 and prob my video card to 245/450? that should give me maybe a 3900+ right? maybe up the FSB to 166?

Well lets just say I got 400+ marks in 3DMarks2001 just moving from 133 to 180fsb. I'm sure you can hit 166 no problems, right now I'm working on getting 185 stable, so far it frezzes in the middle of 3DMarks2001 for some reason..

do you know what kind of dividers the 8k7a has on the AGP bus??? if i hit 166FSB.. would the AGP stil be running 66mhz?

The AGP divides by 2. So 166/2=83mhz that is still well within most GeForce card limits.
