Dallas is obviously a team with QB problems - Romo will be the 9th starter since Aikman left 4 or 5 years ago, or whenever it was. I scanned over the NFL drafts over the last few years, trying to see who the last QB that the Cowboys took in the draft was - Quincy Carter, in 2001. Before that? Bill Musgrave, in the 4th round of 1991.
That's 2 QBs, in ANY round of the draft, over the last 15 years. Aikman was in 1989.
Geez, QBs are dropping like flies this year. Looks like Leftwich is out this week, so Garrard (sp) will get the start for Jacksonville, and Damon Huard from KC may be out, so rookie Brodie Croyle may start there. Jacksonville really didn't need another injury, they're getting killed this year, especially their D.
Jacksonville always has tons of injury problems...that really sucks for them I guess.
Lepsis is out for the year for the Broncos, this just makes the offense even worse he is a GREAT player.
I am going to the best game of the week on Sunday: Indy at Denver baby!!! yeeeaaaaa!!!
on a side note: I think Indy will win it.
eww quincy carter, thats' rought for the boys. You never know tough, romo may be the future, he's only played 1/2 a quarter and he came in when they were losing. At least give him a couple starts to see what he has to offer. You can't forget abou the weak offensive line either..........
Too bad about jacksonville, leftwiche is such a competitor. I like watching him qb
but wow snakespy, what a great game to go to. I feel like indy will win as well, but will they cover the spread, i dunno? It's definitely one of the better games of the season, you should have a really great time, I hope you enjoy it.
Yea Indy FTW. How about them Steelers at 2-4. Makes their game against the raiders pretty interesting. I'm betting romo throws 3 more pics. Undrafted guy w/ no starts under his belt after 4 years. That's not a good sign for Jones or the tuna.

I wasn't surprised about Romo replacing Bledsoe at all. If you live in Texas and listen to the coverage here, you would think the change was overdue. The fans here have been wanting for this to happen since the season started.

I've heard the argument that he wasn't prep'd for the game and it's hard coming in cold blah blah blah. You could say the same for the Giant's D that they weren't prep'd for him either. All their tapes were on Drew. I think the tuna screwed up by letting romo play last week if nothing else that now the panthers have some tape of him to work with. Parcells let his emotions get in the way, that's when you know he's done/cooked.
