eh apparently the 4.10s aren't approved yet.. anyone know the best drivers for a 9800 in 03?

edit: and btw it says 2704 mhz on the 3dmark run because it takes the mhz and fsb when you submit it and right after i finished i clocked it down to 2.7 to submit.

i used to go with the 6436 drivers, you could give those a try.

I know that the R9700 is pretty old school now, but I'm trying to get everything out of it for a good 3DMark score. So far I've broken 21K easily enough in 2K1 and I'm aiming for ~ 22K. In anycase, I won't bother posting up scores now as I'll probably have a new one within this next weeek, so I won't bother mikey, for now.:p

Guys, if you want me to update your scores, please list complete system specs. Remember, you can list different cpu/gpu/ram OCs for '01/'3/'05 as the database allows for this.;) Will update as soon as I get off my fat, lazy butt when I see 'em.:p :D Sorry guys, I'm somewhat of a by-the -book kinda guy.....:o

I'm thinking of getting 1 gig of TCCD ram (mushkin or OCZ) and see
if i can bump up my 01' score a'bit and also use it for HL2 Goodness :)

i need some help lowering my temps :( my cpu is always above 0C when benching i'd like to get it under that, i've already added washers to the screws for more pressure on the evap but nothings really helping:(

you could have someone mod your prommie with r404a...

JetForce Gemini X, how does your contact area look? After you remove the evap, there should be hardly even a haze where the evap sits, assuming you have a IHS to put that much pressure on. If that isn't the way it looks, you could sand down the bottom of the mounting bracket some to bring the evap in lower. You can also look to see if any mobo components are keeping your bracket from sitting flush on the board. A little creative carving on the bracket can help there, as long as you can still get a good seal with the silly string.

well the thing is most people have their stock prommie's doing -20C on their 2.8ghz A64's but mines at 5C.. and i plan on getting it moded wit R507,cap mod , new evap , bigger condensor the whole works
