I have the classic but it's the newer style so it's the same case as the se/pe version. I'm gonna order a new psu prolly monday. I wanna see what this killer cpu Colossus sold me will really do in the cold:)Quote:

Yes, the Enermax with 36A on the 12v is the top PSU at the moment for the Vapo.
If your in for some modding action you can fit the PSU on its side in the top compressor compartment.

How do you run each test at different GPU speeds? Dont you run all the test at once @ one set speed?
Also Have you tried to disable HT and push a higher overclock? :)
I did disable HT but it didn't help my OC any and caused my Dragothic scores to dip, so I put it back on.Quote:

I run each test separately in my own order. I then adjust my GPU clocks in between each test.:)

hmmm... Benching like that will increase your overall score then all tests at 1 speed?
I'm pretty surprised that you do not already do this. This is even posted in Pyros guide. It is most beneficial to do this.:)Quote:

Nope.. I always thought the way he mentioned that.. Was to test how stable the overclock is.. I didnt know you can run each section with a different overclock and it will still show you a score.. I thought you had to run it from front - back to get a complete score...

I guess Im not a hardcore 3Dmark scorer... The ONLY thing I do is
1. Disable all addon devices (lan,sound,com,parallel, floppy, etc)
2. Maximum overclock that will complete 3DMarks
3. Drop in 3DMark HD, (needs clean install)
4. Disable most services (drops memory usage for XP down to under 40MB)
5. Installed 3DMarks01se 330
6. Install RivaTuner
7. Overclock video card with RivaTuner
8. Run benchmark 1 - 7
Done!
Thats basically what I do but I also adjust clocks between each test.:)
vertices: Does a person have to have the pro version of 3D mark to run one test at a time. I can`t find where to do it with the free version.

When you run 1 test on 2001 it will tell you at the end that you did not run enough tests for a score. Just close that window and select your next test. Run that one you will see the same window at the end telling you that you did not run enough tests.
After doing this for the 4 game tests it will give you score at the end.:)
but for 2003 you have to buy it to do this.
