What a game. Sea-town scrapes by again, but I'll take it. Now we just have to limp into Chicago or NO and try not to get embarrassed.
Oh, and thanks Romo. :)

I think the part about the spraypainted Tahoe is hilarious. Apparently he knew the cops were looking for his car, so he got out some spraypaint to try to make it black, but didn't get the top done, so it just looked like a cheaply painted black Tahoe with a white roof. :DQuote:

TO had a big game today, eh? ;) He was talking all kinds of smack at the Seattle media.
I really feel kinda bad for Romo though. He seems like an alright guy, and it's not his fault the 'boys fans overhyped him so much.
It wasn't just the fans overhyping him, he did make the pro bowl, and the vote for that is split between fans, players, and coaches, I believe. I don't know that he was really even overhyped with how he came out of the gate, it's just that he came back down to earth the last few games. He still has the 5th best passer rating in the league, 2nd best completion percentage, and while his rank of 15th in the league in passing yards doesn't sound too great, remember that he wasn't starting at all for almost a third of the season (started halfway through the 6th game). After this game, though, looks like he's just 6-5 as a starter.Quote:

I threw a football once.
One of those sports that's definitely more fun to watch than play. Best shape I've ever been in, but not worth the mass of black and blue welts that were my arms.
Looking forward to Sunday's games.
Not that I think it is likely in any way, but it wouldn't surprise me if the Giants put a good run together here in the playoffs. They have a ton of talent, and if they would get their locker room problems sorted out, they could be great.
I still think they get beat by the Eagles today, but I'm just sayin'. :D
New Yorkers are in for a dubble hurt today.
wow the Jets are fairing extremely well so far!
I want Philly to win today. A NYG victory sends the Hawks to New Orleans instead of Chicago; I want no part of the Saints.
If anybody is, I think New Orleans is this year's "Team of Destiny" (though it might be the Eagles, too), so I wouldn't want any part of them. Chicago is not nearly as strong now as they were at the beginning of the season. I think I'd rather play Chicago.Quote:

If the Eagles had scored a quick TD, I think the Giants also would have scored and it would have went to OT. But... EAGLES WIN!!!!!
The Philly/NYG game was very entertaining. The Giants played that closer then I thought they would. Garcia didn't have his best game, but he didn't turn it over either. 6-1 as a starter for Philly, not too shabby.
Thanks for winning today Philly, enjoy the Saints next week! If the Eagles pull that one off, they will be due for some major props.
Football season coming to a close makes me a sad panda :( Especially after this weekends games.

Oh? In order for us to watch you play, could you please tell us what position/number you are? :pQuote:

They denounced Shell's uneven coaching performance, citing the his season-long mishandling of Jerry Porter as an obvious personal grudge. Players also spoke of a double standard in the way Shell and his staff seemed to coddle Randy Moss.

Not long after Art Shell was hired there was an organizational meeting to interview free agent Aaron Brooks, the failed Saints quarterback. One of the Raiders assistant coaches who was there recently revealed, "He wasn't with us for five minutes and I hated the guy. He didn't take responsibility for anything that happened in New Orleans. He was their quarterback and he had nothing to do with their problems or the losses. After he left, I thought, 'What are we talking to this guy for?' Next thing I know he's our quarterback."

If that is the truth, that makes me hate Aaron Brooks. One thing i hate is when people dont take responsibility for their actions and failures.Quote:
