Radeon 9500 Mod To Radeon 9700

Yeah i'll run the test tonight.

I think it works, was playing bf1942 6x fsaa + 16xaf and was getting a steady 75fps WIth no slowdown and looked insane.

Wow i never liked ati but this card has changed me everygame looks insane.

Ok system specs goes as follows
Abit it7max c6-bios
P4 2.53 @3040 160fsb 3/4 muilti 1.5volts
512xms3200 @420 2-3-3-6 2.6volts
Sb live x gamer
2x 40gig western digi hd's

I will run fillrate when i get home from work. I dont know if the modded works fully but i will say this even if it doesent work my this none pro card slaps my ti4400 around like a little girl.

Edit.. btw the card was ran at 330/290 for the 16k score i could of ran it at 370/310 but it would start tearing. I need to put a better hsf on the this card anybody know good ones for it?

Hey weed, Post results soon, and also What program did you to flash your bois and O/C?

The program i used was called atiflash.

To oc it i used powerstrip.

If you compared the modded and non-modded R9500, only low detail benchmark and nature change dramatically.

But high detail benchmark still shows the same.

COPY AND PASTE

There are two push pins that you have to take out, then the HS pops right off. when you're done with the mod, stick the HS back into place and put the push pins in. You're done. Nice and easy.
