I'm about to graduate as a Software Engineer, and I know they pay pretty well in that department here (again, for Veneuela's life cost standards, it's more than enough).
The official language is Spanish, although English is spoken in the wealthier parts of Caracas and other major cities.
I'm taking a networking course but I know a bit of excel, and stuff like that. I also have a bit of networking background. I'm sure I could pick up a good job there. That would be sweet to make a good living in a paradise like that :D I may even make the move there, I'll be looking into it for sure.
