What programs do you guys use to change the appearance of the taskbar etc... I can never find a good one! btw I have Win2K:)
How do you change these, i have seen some nice looking ones in this thread, i didnt know you could modify it..

Well I use two actually - Hoverdesk is cool - they are in the middle of releasing a new version so I havent installed it yet.

I dont know if these work with win2k - I have XP Pro.
Nightlord, I actually don't remember where exactly I found that one. I think it was on themexp though, do a search for Tyragon and it should pop up. If not, feel free to pm me with an email addy and I'll send it to you.
With the taskbar/start menu/etc changes I use stylexp from www.themexp.org, haven't tried hoverdesk yet, but I'm pretty content with stylexp.
For the transparency effects you can get a program called glass2k.
Hmmm what else. Oh yeah, at www.shellcity.net you can go through a huge list of shell extensions to pick up if you think they look useful. and finally.... http://www.codeproject.com/shell/ has a decent guide for writing shell extensions.

dudewth: I really like that desktop. I want to try and install it and see if I can get it working but I think the Samurize website is down because I can't access it. I will try again later. I have dial up internet so will that cause me any problems?
