Ouch OS-Wiz...Ouch. I don't think I can beat those scores with a single 7800GT. I was close to fluties score but now you're talking an extra 1000 points nearly in 05'.

Little help here please; OC settings for Coolbits

I use Coolbits V2 to OC my vidcard and think I have all the various settings figured out and set correctly, but you never know, I might have them all screwed up. I set the 3DMark05 process to Realtime priority in Task Manager just before a run. 'Course resolution is set to 1024x768. Here's how they are set; please take a look and straighten me out on any that may be wrong, thanks!

I want to get back into benchmarking, but air as usual :)

I want to get a new proc/board/video/ram...

So what should I look at in terms of brand/model.. I am not looking to drop 1500 on two 512MB video cards. So the 256 will do :)

Also what is the difference in A64 cores like Toledo / Manchester ?

I am currently looking at DFI UT SLi board, 7800GTX x 2, A64 X2 4400 and ram I am not sure.. Want the best timing and nice over-clocking rating. I might also play around with my BH-5 in that board. Also need a CPU Cooler...

Its time I get myself a new toy.

Geez, that's one hella upgrade bud......good to see you back in the game again. ;) Me? Too lazy and enjoying life for now..... :p But when I upgrade next year, expect massive improvement from me.....all ye OCers shall tremble at the very mention of my handle. :p :D

The X2 will be my last hope for AMD anything.. If the X2 performs as crappy as my 3500, then I would NEVER buy a single AMD product again. But I am hoping the dual core will handle multitasking better....

And if it doesnt work out, expect it to be on sharky FS on my new AMD setup and older one :P

But thanks mikeysg.. I would be enjoying life, so i am going to try to pickup my old habbit of upgrading / overclocking. I wont be going extreme with it, but something decent and fun would be nice :)

ive got some nice bh5 if you want to buy it... its 2x512 thatll bench at 265ish 1.5-2-2-5...

Toledo=1mg L2 cache/Manchester= 512 kb L2 cache (both 2.2), -you might want to try
a dual core Opteron (all Optys have 1MG L2 cache),most of the people at other forums are having real good luck with them in regards to overclocking.
If you go 2 gigs of ram Ocz's EB 4000 overclock well (for a 2 gig set) --that is
if you can find them..
As far as 2 Gtx's you might look at Evga or Bfg.
