The team I was benching for has temporarily disbanded, and I have a dothan 780es/p4gd1/vx4000 waiting for an X1900XT which should be here by friday...

by the way... for sharky guys on ATI... you are all aware that there is a positive LOD setting for ATI now that gives a nice boost to frames in 3D Mark :D
you just need the latest ati tray tools: http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=733
+3 is generally the best setting but +10 for '03 seems to do well.

:p I've got AC cooling now for the rest of the case. Picked up a cheap 5000BTU one at Home Depot. That with the phase change is going to own :cool: Its doing a good job of keeping the rest of the system cool. Very unoptimized and it dropped my chipset/mosfet temps like 20C and GPU 10C with the higher settings. The air was actually blowing closer to the mosfets though with the side of the case just placed on top as a cover. Move everyhing to the bottom with the side on and it will rule :DQuote:

Also mikey, don't add any more users. You can update scores but don't add any new user who doesn't already have a score.

Well, unless it was something else I did coincidentally, the old trick of setting Priority to Real Time was what was stopping me from running 3dm06 at anything above stock timings. Anyone else experiencing this?Quote:
