Got my eVGA 680i mobo tonight and can't get it to boot. Onboard LED code 25 - Shadow VBIOS - Shadow system/video BIOS. Tried two known good, working vidcards in every slot -- no boot! :mad: Cleared CMOS several times, no lick! Still waiting for new case and 8800GTX.
Good luck with the P5N32-E -- always liked ASUS, maybe I should have stuck with them!
EDIT: Found my problem, had a unpowered up DVD on slave connector! Go figure! Loading WinXP now, then mobo drivers, then the newest BIOS update.
Nice scores... I have been playing around with 2001 again.... My 24/7 setting only scores 57K :( Which is an overclocked CPU and minor overclocked GPU.
Great scores for such a limited rig Ewitte! I've been sitting on the fence about a whole system upgrade, or just picking up an 8800GTX alone. Seeing an unoptimized system crank like this is really making it tough to call. :)

I'm not getting any CPU overclock until I get the other MB. None of the software apps support this clock generator.

Its amazing how quiet this 8800GTX is. I can barely hear it even during high loads. Although at high loads the temps are like 80C.
Good to hear -- those coolers look very much like Artic Cooling made them and if so, will be very quiet and effective. Have to come across max operating temp? What's yours idle at?Quote:
