Funny thing about that OC was that it only ran about 2-4C higher than at 3Ghz. How, I don't know. I did only sustain it for the duration of the benchmarking, so I don't know to what hights it might have gone after some time of stressing the cores. I did have my A/C on full blast though, soooo... heh. :D
Me too, my AC has to be on to cool my gfx cards......even take the time to remove the side panel when I feel a need to, especially when I'm running benchmarks or gaming.;) Man, you can't believe how hot these cards run.....same goes for my 7950 GX2....HOT!:mad:Quote:

sounds like you need some water for those babiesQuote:

no i can't get it stable at all i even took it up to a 1.5 v vcore to try to get 3.3 i couldn't even get 3.2 and im 10001 not 17
I know... But 17 is shorter and that's the decimal equivalent to a binary 10001. ;) :pQuote:

Just a headsup, there a patch for all versions of 3DMark - from '03 to '06, here's the DL link -
http://www.futuremark.com/download/h...8/?hash=958709
Here's some info on it -
Updated GPU core/memory clock detection library for enhanced compatibility and support for new hardware
New files are:
Direcpll.dll (4.10.1.94)
Entech.sys (5.0.1.1)
Entech64.sys (5.0.1.1)
This hotfix only improves GPU core/memory clock detection library for enhanced compatibility and support for new hardware, and does not affect any results.
so it will actually detect my memory and core clock at 702 core and 902 mem, instead of like 472Quote:
