It's a pretty great tower defense game. I'll be picking up the DLC for $0.99.

I really want to pick up a few things, but I just can't justify it with my backlog and Skyrim. I may actually be able to resist until the big sale in a month or so.
I just started a spreadsheet to track my backlog... it's huge. But if a good deal pops up, I'm not going to ignore it. :D
And if anyone is interested in seeing that spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...hl=en_US#gid=0
Not a bad idea. I may have to do the same.
Anyone wanna do 4-pack splits on Renegade Ops?
Grabbed ME2 DCE and Portal 2 2 pack... not a bad deal at all
Man, Steam sales is wicked, I tell ya! I was just checking out the sales section there and ended up with -
Hard Reset
Alice: Madness Returns
The Haunted: Hell's Reach
Batman AA (couldn't find retail disc version)
Batman AC (at 20% off since I'd gotten Batman AA)
And while I was at the local tech mall earlier, grabbed myself Front Mission Evolved.....and a pair of RipjawsX F3-17000CL9D (2x 4GB). Dunno why I did that, I don't even have a DDR3 mobo for chrissakes.:o
Finally decided to pickup Fallout New Vegas for $5 today (came to $16 and change with all the expansions).
Never picked up Fallout 3, but it looks like GOTY isn't a daily deal so not sure if I am better off waiting.
Anyone know of a good Steam price tracker? I wanted to see if the GOTY had ever been cheaper.
Missed portal 2..a bit miffed by that.
A lot of reviews say fallout vegas is very buggy. Has that since been resolved or is it still pretty bad?
As usual with Steam sales, don't buy anything that's not a daily deal until the last day. People often grab something at 50% on the first day and it ends up going on sale for 75% later on.My spreadsheet tracks game name, date purchased, price, system, and where I bought it, and for the games I've played I track start date and completion date. Also have another field where I track what I've played, started, etc. with an initial system; "x" for finished, "p" for partially played, blank for not played, "d" for "done" (meaning I haven't beat it but I don't want to play anymore), and an "s" in conjuction with any of the above to represent games I've sold.
I only put a completion date if I actually finish the game (meaning if I just stop playing because I don't like it it doesn't have a completion date), and for other games without a true finish (ex. Minecraft) I'll just put in a "completion" date somewhere around the point my play is tapering off and I feel I've gotten my money's worth out of it (ex. I put a completion date on Minecraft of about two months after I started it).
Got Dead Island for my bro yesterday for $26, then they decide to drop it to $20 today. Assholes.
Rookie move, never buy anything that isn't a daily deal.
It was part of the daily deal yesterday and today. Front page listing too.
Ug..you know you have a problem when you try to purchase a game during the sale but can't, because you already own it on steam.
