wow, I was convinced SD would hand out a hardcore #### whoopin, I can't believe the raiders took it down to the last 4 mins of the game, thats insane.... clearly the missing starters was an issue for SD, it is also clear that without LT the chargers are the bucs.

I don't know what it was, raiders playing good or bolts playing bad, maybe a combo of both.... I surely expected LT to have over 150 rushing yards, about 80 receiving and 3 to 4 td's...he did get his 3 (thank you, I only need 3 pts now to win - lets go deion branch and LJ smith)

lt seems to turn it on in the 2nd half lately.... poor showing by the bolts.

Oh, and the Giants do indeed suck. Giving up a 21 point lead going into the 4th qtr has got to be the ultimate choke.

Hindsight being 20/20...

Look out when the Chargers are making trades in the draft, I guess. Passed on Vick to get LT and Brees, both pro bowlers, one on track to possibly become the best RB of all time, while Vick seems to be falling apart. Then the Eli trade, where they come out with a QB who's doing great, arguably the best defensive player in the league, and a kicker who...well, honestly, I don't pay enough attention to the Chargers to really know how good he is, but I've heard good things.

Kaeding is better than average, he's no elam or vinatieri, but then he's no vanderjagt either.

I feel bad for Marvin Harrison... his one catch and he gets pwned for it.... poor dude.

that reggie wayne one handed catch with the tip toe on the sideline has to be one of the sickest catches ever.

yea that catch wayne had was insane.

The giants....the season is over, losing a 21 pt lead to the titans. Eli is horrible, I wanna see the hefty lefty lorenzen in. Plax really needs to stop being so whiny and man up. This is the 2nd time he didn't even make an attempt at defending an interception. He could have at least tried to make a grab for the ball and play defense so it wasn't intercepted, he was righ there he could have put out his long arms to deflect it. But, he just let pacman catch it without any effort and then didn't even wrap him up.

As for kiwanuka not tackling vince, I know he did it to avoid a penalty since he thought the ball was gone, but it still pisses me off. Also, a couple of times kiwi got into the backfield but he cut into the middle and vyoung ran right by him on the left. I can't believe the giants didn't have a spy on him until the 2nd to last play of the titans field goal drive when they kicked the game winner.

Very arguably, if you're referring to Merriman. I still don't think he should have been defensive ROY last year, but no doubt he's an animal with a great career in front of him.

plax defends picks like randy moss does...yesterday brooks threw a pass and randy didn't even go after it, he just watched it go by and almost end up in the hands of the defender (florence), it's almost as if he's playing for the other team half the time... I can actually see him catching the ball and handing it off to a defender, and then blocking for him.

Sorry, man, but I'm cheering for Green Bay in this one. I thought they would be better than everybody thought, and I want to be proved right. :D

The main reason they were so utterly terrible last year was injuries. I knew if they had even half the number of injuries this year, then they would be much improved. Weren't they starting a running back last year who never even started at the Division III college he went to?

I'm rooting for Green Bay only because of Farve. 13 straight years of starting in the league...truly amazing. If only he had some talent besides Driver on his team.

Favre? What about him. :cool:

I think GB has some really nice players, just not enough of them. As a whole, not a very good team. Seattle's awful tackling in the first half made them look better than they were.

On another note, i think it's time the Green Bay fans retired the silly headgear. You're annoying and proud, we get it.

No, Gore was on the 49ers. Samkon Gado was the Green bay running back. Remember that guy, got 3 touchdowns in his very first game, and then hasn't do anything since.
