You should end up a little better than these, as your running a higher FSB:Quote:

I should probably be a lot higher, since I'm running my RAM at 375 mhz. (150 fsb with 4:5 mem divider and still running at 4x agp) :(Quote:

Marv, I did notice that you ran 3dmark 2001 (not SE). Could you tell me if mine are now on par? (I'd try and compare but you're running an older verision which kind of makes it void)
I have my new 3dmark 2001SE score in my profile. :)
anyone actually read all the posted scores? :D
Downloading SE now, let you later today or tomorrow.Quote:

I reinstalled all my games too and still am getting my old v3 drivers showing face. I guess I'll have to buy a floppy so I can reformat. :(

well, this thread should only stay alive if ppl are willing to keep it on topic, which i will do.
new highest score for me, not much over my previous but the compare is in at the bottom of the sig 9503. gotta re-unlock so i can use multipliers of 10 and 10.5 (right now i can't) because the low 170's are a limit for this ram (damn generic samsung). anyways, the new link is there if anyone is interested
I got 7257 marks at 1024x768:32 using the specs below..not bad for a $500 budget system :)
Latest 3dmark: 9564
Is that a challenge?? Ease off of the fsb the chips crying already :DQuote:
I like it when the memory squeals. :DQuote:

I can't wait for the sammy. I'll have the sammy at it's knees in minutes. ;)
Can anyone say 160+ fsb with 4:5 divider all the way through?
I want to get this R8500 to break 10k. With the extra memory, which will be faster (6ns) I should be able to at least get the memory to 425mhz or so. :p

To the limit for sure :)
Here's the latest effort: To the limit, 150fsb, 4:5 divider, 290/320
You can only hit 150 fsb with the 4:5 divider?Quote:

:(
I can do that without a problem right now.
If that's all that sammy can do, I'll be going with the Kingmax DDR400 256MB module. :)
I'm considering putting my vmem at 2.9 and seeing if I can get it stable at 2.5ghz with that.
You think vmem 2.9's risky?
Yeah I think 2.9 is kind of a big jump up from 2.5, i haven't heard of anyone around here whose tried it. Sammy will go higher but I can't lock the pic/agp so the the radeon is getting killed on the bus speed.Truth is I heard you could lock the pic/agp on my board but I don't see any thing in the bios, maybe its a available with a new bios???Quote:

I've heard the same. Perhaps you should look through your booklet. It very well may just be a jumper.Quote:

I did find my vmem, I'm at 2.7 right now, so from 2.7vmem to 2.9vmem wouldn't be huge but it certainly isn't going to be small, for how hard I'm going to push it (and without heat spreaders or anything)
I'll just wait for the Sammy, I suppose. :p
although i run an amd system and not an intel, i can tell you both that samsung pc2700 doesn't mind 2.9v at all, so go for itQuote:
