I don't know a whole lot about him other than the fact that he dated Paris Hilton. So really all I know is he has extremely low standards and probably has a disease or two or three hundred.Quote:

I'm thinking it will be at least 30, but probably a lot more. They're going to be unstoppable.Quote:

Could be OR perhaps the cardinals are just going to be too awesome to ignore.Quote:

My prediction (we can reference this next year): Cardinals 8-8, wildcard.
Edge is a very good running back, just look at what he did with the colts last season. They didn't bother with him because they have peyton, and because they thought their o-line was good enough to block for a lesser running back. Look what happened this season, their running game definitely suffered as they tried to figure out who would be their #1 back between rhodes and addai.Quote:

They are a great pair of young receivers. They had kurt warner throwing to them before leinart took over, sure their running game was never strong, but still.
And what they found was that Rhodes is at his best when he only runs a few plays a game, and Addai is a great "every down" RB. RB by committee isn't always as bad as it sounds.Quote:

I wouldn't say the Colts suffered primate. ;)
Edge is still pretty good, he just has no line to run behind now.
oh...and he doesn't have a ring, but hey - he got paid, and it's all about the $ cause once you have that then you can just buy a SB ring....ask reggie bush.Quote:

So he doesn't have a ring? Does that make him a worse player?Quote:

There is a difference between a superbowl ring and a heisman trophy btw.
had nothing to do with ability, I wasn't addressing that.Quote:

for sure, point is money can't buy you trophies or rings.... I can GUARANTEE YOU James would so much rather take the pay he had in indy and get a ring than run the ball for the cardinals and get paid more, I would stake my kid's life on it despite what he may say to the contrary... money can buy neither, unless you are an owner.Quote:

on a completely unrelated note - Marvin Harrison was the most deserving of anyone playing in the SB... guy played every week, never griped about anything, never even talked! he would go over the middle (at barely 6 foot and 175lbs) and grab balls that huge receivers like T.O or Moss would alligator arm, never whined about his contract, never whined about balls, never had a problem with anyone ever! 92 catches a season over his career is absolutely terrifyingly crazy, it's hard to argue that he isn't the best in the game.
um, suberbowl MVP is named by whoever plays the best in that one single game we like to call the superbowl, its not based on your career or season.Quote:

And to answer whether James is still good or not:
"Addai rushed for 1,081 yards, averaged 4.8 yards per carry and caught 40 passes for 325 yards this season. Rhodes added 641 yards on the ground and 36 receptions for 251 yards...
...James rushed for 1,159 yards and six touchdowns, but averaged just 3.4 yards per carry for the Cardinals." from http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slu...v=st&type=lgns
James accomplished a 1,159 yd season behing one of the worst lines in the NFL not counting just all-over one of the worst teams. James is still an extremly good back. Imagine what he would have done if it were him and Addai. Scary.
Similar yardage stats, but it took James almost 50% more carries to do it (337 rushes to Addai's 226). Can't really compare their stats directly and get a good picture imo.Quote:

James still has a few good years left in him. I'm curious to see what happens to the Colt's next year.
The Super Bowl was disappointing to watch. The Bears didn't show up and Grossman played horrible. I just wanted him to play solid but his throws were up for grabs and he fumbled the ball. When it was all said and done, the commercials were much better than the game.
I thought it was the best game in years.Quote:

Yes but I'm disappointed with the Bears because I thought it would have been more competitive.Quote:
