It's the memory (3.6ns), mine came with Hynix 4ns clocked at 250. They wouldn't do more than 260 without creeping artifactism (heat buildup) With added sinks, as2 doctored epoxy, and tlc I can run at 270 forever w/o arti, but obviously not enough to retail flash. Your GPU clocks higher too. Mine gets bugged at around 286. Sound like you might be running at retail voltage already. Pretty coo.
