Any of you Raider fans want Jon Gruden back?
Will promote Kiffin to head coach and hire some great offensive cordinator next year and get rid of this West Coast 400 plays in the play book offense. Yeah it works great under Montana and Young folks, not rookies.
Dungy, Kiffin, and Lovie Smith created the defense half the NFL uses this year, like the great Bears. We just need younger players to pull it off.
Given everything you hear about Dungy's defense, the Colts are horrid at it.

I don't know about D-Line, but I know they usually have one of, if not the, smallest O-Lines in the league. Their defense this year seems like it's based a little too much on speed, and I had heard people from the beginning of the season that said they would start to wear down and get worse as the season went on, and so far they've been right.Quote:

Hey Tampa got a superbowl out of him, even though it was Dungy's work that put them there. To be fair Oaklands team went to the SB that was built largely by Gruden so it's a wash. Since he's left Oakland, I haven't heard much about him. Does he still get a bunch of face time on tv? I don't think there's a single fan that wants him back. I know I don't.Quote:

This is very true, which is why they should let someone OTHER then Davis call some of the shots when it comes to players. They've gotten lucky recently w/ the drafts, making Quinn that much more of a likelyhood. The exception to this of course is Janakowski...no other comment needed on that one.Quote:

As for him winning- they've only had 3 seasons out of 11 (since moving back to Oakland) with a winning record.
