I just want to know if the additional 700 points came from you unlocking your agp bus?Quote:

Nope didnt come from that. I dont think my GF4 will run with a 100mhz AGP. I will try it though.
I actually got a little more out of it for that run. I got 317 core and 330 memory along with a few other little tweaks;)
Nope....no can do. I can get into windows but it soon locks up after that. Definitely does not like 100mhz AGP and 50mhz PCI.
oh well. And to think If I got anymore out of that. That would have been sweet!
Wha??? NO! don't even consider OCZ. Bad, bad. ;) Probably half the time it doesn't live up to it's advertised specs. The Corsair, samsung and Kingmax PC3000(/3200?) would be good choices. Crucial PC2700 would be decent, better than OCZ, but not better than the others.Quote:

Well in the sport of all things, and to carry the tradition, here ya go;Quote:

vertices, did you try the 28.80 drivers out? If so how much faster are the 28.90s than the 28.80s? I'm looking for a few more points the easy way :)
I never did use the 28.80s. I only used the 28.90 hacked drivers.
I never even used the 28.32s cause everyone said they were slower than the 23.11s
sorry mystif. You're on your own figuring out that one.
Congrats on the 14,000 score. I think we might need a new benchmark pretty soon with scores that high. ;)
Dude what in the hell did you do. I just got through running my computer through the works. I havent been able to do much better than 13100+ Ive got your computer beat across the board on sandra. Memory, arith, and multimedia. I have my fsb at 148 with rdram running at 500+ and my vid card running at 335 and 750 all this stable with a clean harddrive with nothing else running. My agp mem is at 256 in bios with fast writes enabled. There is no reason in the world why you should have a score that much higher than mineQuote:

:( What did you do. It has to go beyond hardware because in that area I have your machine beat on EVERY other mark for performance. Im at the end of my rope because I cant seem to find the answer. Ive pushed this 1.8 to 2700mhz(150) and Im still not getting nowhere near 14000. Memory isnt holding me back its running very fast right now.
double post
Try those .90's that's what are the high flyers are getting. Also Guru has the new ones with the refresh-fixQuote:

Now butcher................You know I can't reveal all my secrets;) Or else how would I keep my lead? I will tell you this, it is a fresh install of XP pro(corporate version), I only have my benchmarking software installed and the 28.90 drivers with the refresh rate fixed. There is a guide floating around.....forget where it is....that tells you some tips on getting your 3Dmark score higher.
If you dont mind butcher, tell me your testing methods such as exactly how do you go about getting your benchmark.
I will say one thing. I dont just run the benchmark normally. I have my own special order that I run each test in. (big tip) ;)
It's more fun when you tell your secrets; That way you get more competition ;)Quote:

I have found that the nature test loves to be the first test run.
