While i do think the preseason is too long, i also think the media, fans, players and coaches blow it out of proportion. The coaches can play anyone they want, I think the coaches should just play the starters and 2nd team players less than what they do, and play the scrubs for the majority of the preseason quarters.
I agree with you, mcnabb is a great qb. The problem is he doesn't have a receiving core, and there hasn't been a run threat since he arrived. Look what happened when TO shows up, they ended up being in the superbowl. It's too bad all of that bs happened because it would have been interesting to see what those two could accomplish with more than 1 season. Westbrook has been great on the team but he's not a run threat. If Mcnabb had a run game to balance the passing, along with some receivers he, and the team, would be doing much better as already stated by MD.Quote:

In case you guys dont know what Im talking about with Lelie, he is on holdout because he thinks he deserves to be the Number 1 reciever (in front of ROD SMITH AND JAVON WALKER). And btw Lelie makes big plays once or maybe twice a game. But thats it, thats all he ever will do and all he ever has done. He drops sooo many big passes its unbelievable.
