thats excellent though, jellyfish dont stay still at all !

man this makes me wanna take out my camera and start shooting....

Dimmy, on the last page (page 6), what the hell was that animal in the first pic? Looked like a cross between a whale and a hawk!

What is the post #? Page sizes are variable. I only have 4 pages, 96 posts, for this thread.

I have a feeling it's a Great Blue Heron. I accidentily got a shot of one and was like W T F is that thing?! :D

It is indeed the majestic great Blue heron. They're awesome birds. Very skittish and shy...they fly away easily.

TY.. I have very little camera experience with my DSLR. I use maybe 1/100 of the features as I have no idea how to get the shot I want. Mostly use Auto with or without flash..

Oh well it was a nice picture and the glass walls made it more interesting in getting a decent picture as it reflects the flash.

fish are hard to shoot - they dont stay still, the glass reflects the flash.
these guys are about an inch long in total if that.

These shots were taken 6 February 2010 in Guatemala on the Rio Dulce where life is primitive.
