It should, it is just java based. I would worst case download classic for free and see how it behaves.
Question guys, I found what looks like a blue cage with fire in it. I looked on the wiki but can't figure out what it is. I found it by a lake with green and gray cobblestones but it was turning night so I didn't hang out to see what it was or if I could harvest it.
Also what is the item after the shovel on my hotbar? I can't seem to do anything with it. It looks like meat, but I can't eat it unless my health isn't low enough. I found it in a chest by the cage.

That cage is a monster spawner! If left alone it will continually spawn creatures. You should have also seen a couple of chests nearby it, which is where I assume you found the saddle.Quote:
