ARRR this is pissing me off.. i can't use the 5:6 divider.. or it won't boot at all or get into windows.. and its unstable at 250 with maxed dimm (2.8v) and i tired using 1.68vcore and still nothing.. i think i'll just exchange the mobo and pick up the IC7-G or the P4C800 tomarrow.. ARRRR!!!!!!!!!!
which mobo should i get.. the Asus mobo is about 30$ cheaper
270mhz with a 3:2 divider... That would put your FSB at 400mhz, would it not?! At first, I thought you meant 2:3 divider, but that would put your FSB at 173mhz... Explain. :)Quote:

its messed too.. because in bio's it says my temps went up crazy Degrees with my water cooling.. i max out at 50degrees full load.. when befor i would never pass 35degrees full load.. trust me ive reseated and recoated the cpu twice.. and still nothing.. and i know applying AS3 at first is suppost to make your temps go high.. but not this much.. 15degrees.. OMG

Did you check for an update? So what does it detect your memory SPD at? 2.5-4-4-8????

Man I am very very happy. I am freezing but off as well. I shut all the doors and windows and turned my A/C up to max. It was like a frigging freezer in here, but it payed off. I was able to push my FSB to 267 and push my card to 451/383. Man I can taste 21K now, I am only 121 points away. Thanks for all your help guys.
On another note, I think I am gonna do a review on the three main video card overclocking utilities. Rage3D, Powerstrip and Radeonator. I'm not going to go extreme, but will do some pretty heavy overclocking (440/370) and compare the 3DMark2001 scores with the different utilities. What do you guys think?

umm... theres no stores here in calgary that sell the IC7 .. and i don't feel like ordering it in... but i'm thinking of getting the Asus P4C800 non-E version .. because its like 30$ cheaper.. but IC7-G looks very pretty.. i'll decide in 30 mins.. cuz i'm going to the store..
