Ok guys - one of my PIII 800's has just been replaced with a P4 2.4. Folding it's first WU as we speak :)
I'll have another 2-3 P4's by the end of the week :) These will all be folding 24/7 of Christmas as well.

i'm happy to say that i'll be adding my brothers 2ghz tbred to the folding team over xmas break. It will then be folding for how many hours a day it's on after that. It won't be 24/7 though, but it'll chip in.:p
Add an XP2000+ to that list. About to start it's first WU. I wasn't expectign this machine to walk into my office like that :)

We should make the top 100, before christmas, but another goal we should have, is to get in the yellow by producing over 10K a day. :) Edit to add:I just checked EOC and were are at 9,401.80 right now.

There almost 19 users that haven't turned any WU's in, in the past 7 days that is. 19 people is alot of users and could definetly make a difference even if they only turned in one 51 point each thats around 1k points.... so get to folding!:(

Darn straight it does, I went to the trouble of even putting my PII 450 on ;) and I'm sure some of us might have extra systems after christmas that we can create out of spare parts also :DQuote:

definately will be happening here. after christmas rolls by, i should only be a case and processor/heatsink short of having another system up, most likely a 2.2Ghz+ one as well :)Quote:

my 2.6C is down for the forseeable future. IC7 NB fan problem, and i don't trust that dinky little heat sink without some forced convection...
Today Comcast is coming, so my 2100+ @ 2.25, my 900mhz P3, and a 1.8Ghz P4 will be back and folding...all with a WU to turn in:)

I overreacted a little bit earlier. The fan is running at about 1/2 speed most of the time, with occasional dips to ~300rpm/stutter mode, so i've decided to leave it folding, at least for the time being. i opened the window in my room to keep ambient temps low, but i'm keeping my case closed to keep my internal airflow nice.Quote:

and i'm screwed....i have the not send in problem too now...these folding problems are really irritating me....almost to the point of giving up...it's stuck at "attempting to send results" now for the past like 5 hours...it started a new wu before, but now it won't even work on that...:mad: :(

Just turned in 3 WU's, one of them was a big 2500. Hopefully I can get back to ~30th place soon:)
