I guess you will get a tinker every now and then, so I guess its just like you say it slims the chances of your getting one. Also if they change you to another server, your first WU will most likely be a tinker.

after my latest reformat(:o :mad: )...i'm using the 4.00beta now with -advmethods -forceSSE . I lost quite a bit of time, schultz probably will catch and pass me easily, as i'm at stock for now. I'll have to figure out a way to run over xmas....:(

lol...yes, there was something to be learned....i couldn't believe the temps though...the cpu got down to like 3 or 4C under load....and the box fan was only on medium....:eek:

Nice work team in the yellow over at EOC. Hopefully we can maintain this clip. #100 appears to be very close, dare I say within a week. Hopefully production does not dip too far during the holidays

Well, I am going to do what I can, sofar I have lost 6 WU`s this week, from them causing hard lockups or having checksum errors in my second computer, the funny thing is it does it at stock speeds too, but anyway my main rig is keeping me up in the ranks.

I've just given all my folders a day off as the heat was getting a tad rediculous.

I am starting again, will donate two cpus to the SF cause. BArton [email protected] and a Pentium M 1.3GHZ:D To bad I can't transfer my units from AOAForums;) I was in the top 40 out of a lot on the team:cool:

Glad to have you vengence_01. Well people it looks like we are ranked #112 right now, the way I calculate it is to take 3 points off the rating it shows on our sharky forums member site and it has worked out to be accurate sofar.

Got a qestion. I think I can scrap togther two more decent computers for really cheap. My question is, dose SDR ram compare to DDR. with the same processor?:D

Oh ya it begins again. the Folding bug!!! GURRRRR:p

AFAIK, its more based on raw cpu power, rather then memory.

good I can get a case,mobo, and memory from a friend for free, throw a 1.6GHZ Duron, run it at 2.0GHZ, and bam a kickass folder for what 42$:) Plus I have an old Shuttle AK31 that I am gonna use with an old case and trow in a another 1.6 Duron :D

Yeah, you lightweight -- you should be at 18k! :D

Doh! Lost 45 minutes of folding this morning -- d@mn house has weak circuits -- too many rigs running downstairs and I tripped the puny 15A circuit breaker.
