Bought "They Bleed Pixels" and then my power went out.
Think I'm in for Condemned and Hell Yeah!, and maybe Zombie Driver HD.
Anyone ready for the Autumn sale coming up soon?!? I haven't even installed all my summer games yet.
However, I did finally install Steam on my MacBook Pro and noticed I have 77 games that are compatible with Mac. Not bad.
sale is on now:)
honestly, i'm so back logged, that it would be in my best interest to skip this and also the winter sale, finish my log(yeah right), then buy more games when they are even cheaper
Dear lord no....uggg...i have way to many games but i ill most likey grab 1 or 2 despite my better judgement.
I picked up sleeping dogs for ~10 bucks at Amazon. I wouldn't mind getting torchlight 2 .
I'm recommending To The Moon w/soundtrack for $4.99.
It's not much of a game, more of an interactive story with a few trivial puzzles thrown in, but it's really good. First 30 minutes are slow, but after that I literally played the next ~4 hours non-stop.
Thinking of picking up Dead Island, Krater, FTL, and Crotex Command, but I have too many things to play already and may just have to wait until the Winter sale next month.
It isn't steam, but Starcraft 2 is $20 this week.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! The end has come!! Hide my wallet!! Too late! :P
Ug. What else should I get? I need some ideas. I already have Orcs Must Die 2, Complete Shooter Pack, Commandos Collection, Legend of Grimrock, Swords and Soldiers HD and Unstoppable Gorg in my cart right now but there is so much on sale I know I am missing a ton of stuff. I already browsed down the RPG and Strategy lists but meh. Is Bloodbowl or Hoard worth it? What about Gratuitous Space Battles? FTL,the Item Shop game and Hero Academy Gold are still 10$.
Oh yeah. Civ 4 or 5? Seems like a lot of folks thought Civ 5 was dumbed down?
Well picked up more than I thought I would:
Max Payne 3 + Season Pass $19.99
Dishonored (GMG) $22.50
Chivalry $12.49
GTA Complete $7.49
Serious Sam 3 DLC $2.49
Orcs Must Die 2 Complete $6.24
Mark of the Ninja $7.49
My wife gifted me the basement collection from the sale.
I don't know why, but it seemed lackluster this time around. They also seemed to have quit doing the fun meta-games that they used to do, but maybe that's only for the winter sale.
I picked up a few games:
Orcs Must Die 2
Torchlight 2
Duel of the Planeswalkers 2013
Intrusion 2
I did better elsewhere though:
PC Games:
Amazon- Kingdoms of Amalur + All DLC $11.99
Green Man Gaming- Sleeping Dogs $9.99
Amazon- THQ pack (Homefront, Metro, Red Faction: Armageddon, Red Faction: Guerrilla, WH40K Space Marine, and STALKER) $9.99
360 Games from the MS Store $9.99 each:
Armored Core 5
FF13-2
LOTR War of the North
Binary Domain
Fable III
Most of the 360 games and all of the THQ pack are gifts, so it was a cheap year for friends and my brother.
Picked up:
Intrusion 2
Civ 5 (Base Game)
Not a alot really IMHO. I was hoping for Skyrim to hit the $20 mark
I escaped the sale having bought nothing but Mark of the Ninja.
Same here.
Woo hoo! Time to bust out my level 6 pyro!
Killing floor time yeeeeeeyyaaaayyaaaahhh!
...really, I can't do caps anymore? How ****ing lame is that? No wonder this forum is dead as hell ;)
I'm winding down on Saint's Row the Third so I'll probably be up for some Killing Floor. Great game that I always talk about playing again but for some reason never do.
Is Defender's Quest any good?
