Hehehe - I'm so evil. Basically, before I left we had 2 comps that were roughly the same - one had a better gfx card, the other a better CPU. Well...since i'm gone, my little bro decided to make one crappy and one uber computer, so he combined the best parts. The comp in my (old) room is the crappy one and my mom uses it now. I went stealth on this and set folding to run as a service...Now, I only have to do this to my little bro's computer and the plan is brought to completion. They'll never know! Muahahah! He'll be like "***! Why is this so slow all of a sudden?" :p

Yeah, I'm confused to, commanderkeen's location says Texas and talldude's location says Tennessee. How are you sharing a computer when you're that far away from eachother?

I just have to say, the momentum this thing has picked up is impressive. 2 weeks ago I was new and folder '42', Sharky's was not in the top 500 teams. Now there are 90 folders, increasing seemingly by the minute, and we are cracking the top 200 teams this week. Good work all, let's keep this thread bumped to the top, and more machines please.;)

Yeah we appeared to hit a small rut around 5-5.5K a day production. In hindsight we were always adding cpus its just that a few major players were down. Now we seem to consistently be around a 6-6.5K a day production level. Translated we're the #32 producing team the past day. I sure would love to see us at 8K or even 10K a day. Now if we've become a 6.5K a day team in six weeks does that necessarily mean we'll be a 13K a day after 12 weeks? I rather doubt it but I also sure hope so
