I just sent out a bunch of friend requests, jdc18.
next time we have 4 peeps on i want to play some squad deathmatch. First squad to 50 kills wins..and it's hard with just pugs.
Same here, played it last night for the first time. Four guys with VOIP will be a good time.

I was pretty much gone the entire weekend, so there was no BC2 action for me. I'll probably be playing tonight. Name is PointlesS76.
I was getting pretty whiney and frustrated on Saturday night when we were playing on a full server and my FPS was unacceptably bad. I ended up logging out, dropping all my settings to Medium, dropped the rez to 720p and suddenly my K/D ratios were in the positive! I'm going to be running like this now until I can upgrade my rig. It is sad to think that my Q6600 is not beefy enough to run it at full details.
This is not a game where you can be tired. It is so intense and requires a continous scan.
When I play tired I start performing lousy from the start.
Every other game I ever played I could play and drink a few beers. Not this one. Three plus beers and performance suffers.
I still love it, lately I have noticed that when I use the four times optical scope, the baseless red aiming triangle has a vague red circle around it, has anyone else seen this?
Lets get together guys
New patch today (And other information):
http://blogs.battlefield.ea.com/batt...2-q-amp-a.aspx
This basically fixes the click join and nothing happens problem. Which I run into like 95% of the time.
Also for those who haven't bought it, Amazon is having a sale for $37 for the PC version and $47 for the console versions: http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.htm...cId=1000208101
As slow as I am leveling, I don't know how some of these people do it. I just hit level 8 I think and I have played every day. I just can't seem to rack up the points.
Yeah I just need to find some good squad mates. I am always in PUGs so working together is very limited.
Huh? If you're playing in a PUG teamwork should be enforced...
I just find PUGs tend to go squad and then just go their own way in game. Only in Squad Deathmatch do I see groups stick and work together.
I played for about three days and I'm level 7. The best way to level is to not focus on kills but to capture control points, resupply/heal/repair a lot, and blow up MCom stations. Also taking out vehicles gives you a big points dump. Sometimes you get lucky and take out the driver who is trying to repair it and get 150+ points in one shot.
Also picking the right weapons for the right map is very important. I love the Saiga-20, but I really don't use it on Atacama Desert. I think I'm not starting to get some really good unlocks, I think my kill count is going to start rising much faster than it has.
Still, focus on objectives, taking out vehicles, and always help your team with your class' ability.
