ahh, word. i had it on 'auto' then changed it to 200 and got a little bit of a result.
from 1.926ghz to 1.951ghz or so.

i put my mem freq to 200 (lowest i can go) and kept my htt at 246,i cant see a difference.
on cpu-z under memory, it says my frequency is 123. and what is fsb:dram, its value is CPU/22. that 2nd number keept growing whatever i do. it WAS 14 a few changes back
Hi I'm gonna post this just in case someone is wondering about low budget purchase and it's capabilities. Now I do not run this 24/7, the info in my signature is what I run 24/7 but this is I tested and ran benchmark and it was working good so here it is. And I'm sure it will do 2100Mhz the max of my mobo 300fsb, but I dont need it right now, my vcard doesn't need it nor do my other tasks other then gaming that I do.

theres artifacting in that cpu-z screenshot, if you look closely, the colors of the leters split into green at some points, and even into rainbows at others, i only noticed cause the split was really apparent at the voltage reading
edit: nevermind, i looked at other cpu-z color screenshots, they all had some color distortion on the sites, never saw it before on my though, lol

Your crazy man, there are no artifacts in a screenshot.. A screenshot wont record any either, due to how artifacts are created.

Just got my opteron 165 ccbwe 0551 upmw yesterday, and this is priming fine for more than 1hour right now. I'm not happy with my ram speeds, as I can't seem to stabilise them at 261mhz which is a pain. I'll update it in a few days hopefully.

Finally got to a stable speed I'm really happy with :D
Originally had a 2Gig Ballistix 4000 mem kit - turned out that both sticks had MANY mem errors using memtest86. So dead chuffed to have just finished 15Hours 13mins of Prime95 :)
