LOL! Like James'd said, thanks for taking one for the team. :D FEAR did make many feel a lil nauseous (even me! :o) initially, but it takes a lil getting use to. Were you serious about running FEAR @2560x1600, max detail (no soft shadow), with AA/AF to boot? :eek:Quote:

Ran it at max everything. Was not measuring fps, I got 9404 on my 3DMark06 tests so I am not too concerned with fps.
Would you mind posting the link? I ask coz this score even beats Ryder's 7800GTX SLi score of >8k........what system spec do you have? And what's your OC like? :confused:Quote:

Hey community!
CaliOCManiac, I've a similar system as you and just ordered a Dell 3007.
Someone told me, that there are rumors about problems with displaying the BIOS or the bootscreen. Can you confirm that or is there no problem with your config?
Thanks!
Wow...Makes my 22" CRT hide in shame
Just got my Cat's Eye HDTV tuner. Other than a problem stemming from it being a returned item, {Guy who had it set up a .NET account using the product code from my box then returned the item.} it works. Played some live HDTV programming on my 30" and boy does it look good. Much better than my on my 42" Plasma.
What is the size of the panel w + H, (just the panel), and what is the height of the actual screen, (w + H)?
Cheers,
AMP01
Project link is showing as not valid right now, I guess you might have a different benchmark run published now or something?Quote:

New run, old one was run with the wrong resolution. posted on the 3DMark06 thread.
83.90 works also:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\D ISPLAY\DEL4016
delete the above registry key after each driver install, then immediately reinstall the dell driver pack, and on reboot it will work fine with 3007 at 2560x1600.
Right now things seem stable with the 81.98 driver. What does trying out the 83.90 driver get me? I have all my games and even Beyond TV working currently. Been watching the Olympics in HD on my monitor as opposed to my plasma. :)
