I totally know what you mean with the 24" Dell. My co-worker actually mentioned something that was true. After a while the 24" size starts to seem normal/smaller. Then you go to work and use a 17" you really appreciate your 24" monitor. When you go back home, the 24" seems huge again.:D
Overall I'm quite pleased with the new keyboard. I'm a really picky person so here are a couple very minor details about it.
- the plastic seems to hold grease/oils so it always wash my hands before using it
- the black plastic shows dust
- it takes a little getting used to the tactile touch since the keys are half height, have a soft touch, and some keys are larger than normal (G, T, H, N); left alt is a little smaller than I would like
I think the best thing to do is purchase the keyboard at a brick store like Best Buy which has a longer return policy and test it out for a few weeks. (then you can return it if you're not happy) I favor the tactile feel (more distinct clicks) of my old MS Natural more but this keyboard is so damn sexy in black.;)
