I have a nice productive evening for me :) I will admit this.. I do think the IC7-G with the higher vcore is doing wonders... I am sooooooo close to 22k I can taste it!!!!

I would never of known how much of a gem this 2.8c was, until I had more vcore... Wooo mama! :) :)

Hey, I just did a complete CPU/motherboard/cooling overhaul; I usually don't benchmark unless I do a big upgrade like this. :)

Most of my time is spent working :( and playing BF1942 w/ DC.
Man, the more I think about it, the more I miss Planetside. *sigh*

I hear ya on that one... lol. Look, my P4 rig is far better than my AMD.. yet I use my AMD 80% of the time (only because it's in my room). I haven't touched my P4 rig in over a week :(. Lately.. all my late night SWG'ing has been done on my AMD rig... because I can stay up all night in my room... whereas I can't use the P4 rig all night... which is a shame. Damn, I need to move out, lol. :p

Colossus, good luck, I see you are at 21924(my esp guess) keep up the good work! as for lost child, he wasted money on his p4c rig when his amd rig was more than enough anyway. He might get a 9900 pro if those overclock good as well. I doubt lostchild will break 22k though hehe. good luck colossus, I know you can do it! when the prescotts or 9900 pros come out, you might eat vertices!

eh maybe. Vertices has 520/390 and 3.98GHz clock speeds. Colossus is like 470/375 and 3.7GHz. He would need a prometeia to the cpu and gpu to eat V's rig

Please I dont need a prommie on everything! Even Vertices is not running a prommie on anything :)

But it does require some good work... But I can tell you this.. If I am not shooting for #1... Since I am still on stock 9800 Pro cooling... But I was looking at a way to mount a spare Volcano 7+ on it :D :D :D

But I am shooting for 22k... Which I hope to achieve on FSB only... Well hope too :) I can already push 21.4k with a better tweaked OS and drivers with my 9800 Pro on the KNXP... Now I am already 200Mhz higher then before with my IC7-G :) So if this board wont do it.. The P4C800-E will!!!!

New Version of Sandra!!!
It seems our good friends over at SiSoftware released yet another version of Sandra... I dont think you can upgrade from Sandra 2003 SP1 to this current version.. My older version of Sandra does not report a update is available...

However the new Sandra is called Sandra MAX3 (go figure!!!)

They have updated to the Pentium 3.2Ghz processor, with some added benchmarking features such as:

- Internet Connection Benchmark
- Internet Peerage Benchmark
- Removable Storage/Flash Benchmark

go, go, go! 270fsb on that 2.8c is 3.78GHz you may need to temporarily raise the voltage too, perhaps 1.7v max. Thats 450MHz gain, should put you at 22k easy. the V man has serious competition now! :D

I don't think I will be able to hit a 277 fsb with the 2.8C I am shooting for 260 and will be ok with 255. 260 would give me a 3640 Mhz rig and i think I may be able to hit 22K with that. We will see tomorrow:D
